Wusthof Cutlery

Since 1814 Wüsthof has set the standard for designing and manufacturing precision-forged knives. Today, the family business is in its seventh generation of ownership, under the management of Harald Wüsthof. Wüsthof knives are manufactured by a skilled team of 300 dedicated workers in two state-of-the-art facilities in Solingen, Germany. Production follows strict rules in order to achieve the finest quality, while at the same time remaining environmentally friendly.

Warranty

WÜSTHOF cutlery is manufactured with the highest quality standards and maintains the required DIN (German Industry Standard) as well as the EN (European Standard).
WÜSTHOF cutlery is fully warranted to be free of defects in material and/or craftsmanship.
Any item claimed as defective must be returned to us for inspection. Our warranty does not apply if the damage is due to what we define as normal wear or use other than the intended purpose of the item. Defective items will be repaired or replaced with the similar item, at our option.
Certain types of damages and/or conditions such as those due to age or improper treatment would void our warranty.

Please do not send personal items with your knives that you wish to have returned - this includes blade guards, towels, and any other material used for protection.  Please wrap knives in newsprint or bubble wrap and ship in a sturdy cardboard box.
