Thank for the excellent customer service you provide. Of all of the online retailers I shop with, you folks are the most professional. You website is very organized, easy to navigate and clear on what is in stock and what is not. When an order is placed, an immediate email confirmation notice is sent. By day's end, an order shipment notice is sent, including a link to UPS tracking. When I have returned a product, a return email notice is sent the same day the package arrives and a credit is placed back on my credit card within a few days. No other retailer I shop with executes all of this with the speed and accuracy that you do. With sincere appreciation and gratitude,

Shipping is very expedient and the items are always packaged very nicely. Dear Knifecenter (and Alexandra), I finally received my DPX HEST Folder today, and I almost cried...because I was so happy. So far, I have bought the following knives from your Company: 1) DPX HEST Folder 2.0 2) Kershaw One Ton 3) Kershaw Tremor 4) KA-BAR TDI And I am pleased to say that all of these knives are fantastic! I always put a comment on all my orders asking that a QC check be performed on my blades, and I have to say that all the blades I get are sharp out of the box, perfectly centered, with no blade play. I always get great service from your Company, and your employees are very good at answering any of my follow up questions, and are very professional. Thank you again for providing such great service! Hi Alexandra, One last mail from me! I want you to know that this second (kindof) shipment was a complet success! I've received it this monday (sunday for you) with all the items in perfect condition! It's awesome for me to get those kind of knives, specially the last one (Hoodlum). The waiting time was really ok for me, that last knife was out of order everywhere, I really wanted it, and you managed to get it right! It'll for sure be put in the harshest condition of use and it already proved to be awesome (even better than the Stell Eagle which I'll use on the heavy duty "stay there in this wonderful place, enjoy but manage yourself" camps). I recently purchased the Coldsteel Survival Shovel and Sheath. I want to tell you about my experience. It was excellent. This is not my first purchase from the KnifeCenter. The product was delayed in shipping because of a back order but I was informed of that fact and as soon as the product was in stock the order shipped and was in my hands in a few days. I have always had the same experience in my dealing with your company and look forward to future purchases. The product is in a word excellecnt. What a well constructed piece of equipment. After the balance of my third ever order from Knife Center was delivered today, I have to say I am very pleased with the service I received. Once my order was placed the other night, I realized the items would not arrive in time to give as a birthday present this weekend. I immediately sent an e-mail requesting a callback so I could see about expediting the shipment. Tom called me the next morning and we discussed the available options. He also told me one of the items I had ordered was out of stock. Being a FedEx employee, I wasn't comfortable with having my order being sent via UPS at a considerable cost to me and I requested it to be shipped via FedEx instead. Tom said that was not a standard procedure and he would have to get back to me to see if it was a possibility. Tom had an answer for me in less than 15 minutes and said he could honor my request, so I provided my personal FedEx account number and received my shipment the next day. To my surprise, I received the item that was out of stock the day after that and now I will not have to go to the birthday party this weekend empty-handed. This is probably not something the Knife Center would want to broadcast as a customer testimonial, but I realize no profit was made on shipping because the charges will be billed to me directly. What impresses me, in addition to the personal service I received, is the fact the Knife Center was willing to forego profiting from shipping charges in lieu of satisfying the customer. Not many online retailers are willing to do that. Tom was outstanding in his professionalism, timeliness and follow up. Overall, it was a great customer experience and I'll be a customer for life. A sincere thank you..

We’ve ordered a few knives over the last couple years through
Knifecenter and have never been disappointed. One order was even
goofed up a little (wrong color); the issue was handled with speed and
grace. (Plus it gave me an idea for a new color to order in the
future…)

When I’m talking my clients through what it takes to have great online
service, I hold Knifecenter up as an example worthy of emulation. A
lot of folks think that if they build a new website or an online store
it’ll just run itself. Pure delusion. It takes real people and a true
commitment to serving your clients. You guys would have that whether
you were working out of an online store or the Goodyear blimp.

Thank you for your great service! Made my father’s day and I’m sure a
