I placed a phone order with "Tom" on Monday April 27,2009 at about 2:10PM for a Small Left handed Plain Sebenza. I requested Second Day UPS shipping. Tom informed me that it was unnecessary because the order would be sent out that evening and UPS ground shipping would usually deliver to my location the next business day. He suggested that I sign up for the Knife Center news letter,(which I did ) and included two knives and free shipping with my order as part of the current promotion. At 5:45 PM the next day the order was in my hands. I am well pleased with the high quality of service and concern shown by both Tom and Knife Center. I will be a return customer.

For many years now, I have ordered several knifes from your company for my husband. I know there have been times when I probably gave you more grief over an order than you deserved. I just wanted to drop a note to give praise to Pat. She first called to make sure my order was correct. I had placed two orders for the same thing and yesterday, I called because UPS lost my order. Pat contacted UPS and made it a point to call me to say that the order would be here today. Just received the order and I'm thrilled to see that the two knives I bought are ten times what I expected. Pat did awesome and I just thought you might want to know. Also, The Bokerplus Dozier knife with Micarta grips I bought is absolutely incredible for the price. I'd advise to keep them in stock as I'm sure they will fly off the shelves.
I am not a particularly big spender, but I have ordered a handful of knives from you all over the last year or two, and have basically come to the conclusion that with the exception of a custom knife or something, if I can't buy it from you guys, I just won't bother. Every one of my orders has gone great, and the dozen or so people that I have referred to you (to include my mom!) have all had good experiences as well. Thank you for creating a site that is easy to use, fun to browse and informative. Don't change a thing!
