Wonderful knife
Christmas gift to my husband - and I think it was the best gift he received. He raved about the weight and performance of this knife, and I think this is only the first of the series we'll collect. He does the cooking, and I'm happy to give him the quality tools he deserves!

Elegant and functional
I can't comment on sharpenability or durability, as I just bought this knife recently. But it's wonderful to use so far. Very light, but perfectly balanced and very, very sharp. The handle design is very comfortable, and the knife itself is beautiful. It was a bit more than I was looking to spend, but so far it's worth the extra money.
