Pros: Finish, Overall Quality, Materials, Handle Material, Blade Material, None
Cons: Blade Sharpness, Weight, Sheath/Scabbard
I like it
My knife didn't arrive very sharp, but the factory edge is serviceable for a basic utility knife. I haven't fooled around with sharpening yet, but it appears to be flat ground, and with the 440C being a high carbon stainless, it should attain and keep an edge fairly well. I really like the knife, but the package as a whole needs some tweaking. The G10 handle scales are fine, but IMO the knife is poorly balanced, being heavy in the handle. Along with the sheath design (the belt clip being positioned mid-blade of the knife), when worn on a belt with the handle up, the knife is very top-heavy. My tweak: remove the scales, go to a drill press and drill four additional 1/4-5/16" holes in the tang. I've done this with other knives as well, and you'd be surprised how this helps out with the balance issue- re-attach the scales, and you're good to go. Seems to lighten the knife by at least two, maybe three ounces, which makes a difference.

Pros: Blade Sharpness, Sheath/Scabbard, Handle Material, Blade Material, Materials, Weight, Overall Quality, Finish
Cons: None
First off let me say it took almost a month to get the knife after I ordered it. Apparently it was on backorder or something. But when I got the knife it was worth the wait. It is a great knife for the price. It fits nice and tight in the sheath and the adjustable clip is great for wearing it vertically on my belt. Not too big so carrying it is nice, and it's concealable. Blade is super sharp and the kydex sheath is awesome. I wouldn't mind having another one, and for the price, why not ?

Nice Little Knife
The knife itself is a good little knife. It is about the size of an average size pocket knife unfolded. My drawbacks are with the sheath. I have another A.O.W. knife that I bought at the PX in Iraq. It is the very similar to (if not the same) as the Boker Plus Armed Forces Knife Fixed Blade Tanto. (I have read that A.O. W. is just a brand name that Boker is using, I DO NOT KNOW HOW TRUE THAT IS). I really liked my other A.O.W. For a stainless steel balde it holds an edge VERY well, the handle material is awesome, so I decided to buy anther A.O.W. knife, and I ran across this one. The size makes a nice copanion to the big one, the handle and the blade are made from the same material. Outstanding! The sheath is where I have my hang ups. First let me say a couple of good things about the sheath. I like the notch in it, you can use it to cut 550 cord, or it could be used like a safety knife while still in the sheath to cut a seatbelt or something. The clip on the back can be removed and flipped over, making it ambidextrous. The hook at the bottom of the sheath will secure it to whatever you put it on. Now, the negatives, the hook at the bottom of the sheath will REALLY secure it to whatver you put it on!I put it on my belt, and almost had to remove my belt to take it off. I put it on my belt loop, and almost had to take off my pants to get it off. The knife rides high in the sheath making it uncomfortable for me to carry on my belt anyway. It will go nicely mounted a little lower, on a drop leg rig, or some other piece of gear. The knife locks into the sheath fairly well, but a good jar, and it can fall out, so I would not advise mounting it upside down. You can remve the clip on the back completely, and be creative with mounting it. Overall I like the knife I just wish the sheath was better.
