Pros: Handle Material, Blade Material, Handle Feel, Weight, Ease of Opening, None
Cons: Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness
Excellent Flipper
This balisong is very durable and made specifically for flipping and excels greatly at that; however, it is not really designed for every day carry. The blade came somewhat dull out of the box, which can either be a pro or a con depending on one's flipping skills. The biggest problem I had with this knife when I first got it was that the edge of the blade near the tip kept scraping against one of the back-spacers. I ended up taking the back-spacer out with a screwdriver, which unfortunately, prevented me from putting the pocket clip back on the knife. The reason for this is that the pocket clip has different screws than the ones on the other sides of the handles, and the back-spacer I removed is specifically drilled to fit those screws unlike the other back-spacer. Disregarding the issues with the pocket clip, removing that back-spacer made the knife noticeably lighter and an even better flipper. Despite its flaws, I still recommend this knife to anyone who is looking for a great flipping balisong that can take a beating.
