Enough knife for the price
Like many other reviewers here, I got this "reward" gift a few times with different orders. For $0 I'd say it was a good bargain. It is a three-dollar Chinese-made, cheap paring knife that manages to take care of the kitchen tasks usually associated with small paring knives. Nothing about this knife is particularly outstanding, nor does it fail to deliver three dollars' worth of functionality. It never hurts to have an extra knife or two in the kitchen, so I'd classify this knife as satisfactory. I am sure I would never have purchased this knife with real money as opposed to a simple knife review.

Decent
Received this as a bonus for writing a review. My first reaction was "patch knife' Perfect size for a kitchen or camp utility knife. A patch knife is used around muzzleloaders and obviously to cut patches for bullets. Needs to be small and sharp but a bit stiff. Just like this. The edge was good and sharp but the grind was fast and a bit wavy. Certainly within limits for an inexpensive knife not to mention a free one. I have a drawer full of kitchen knives and only use the same few regularly. It will be interesting to see if this is one of them. It will get a chance to show its stuff. And it may end up being a patch knife for real which is a pretty good fate. Certainly a very nice reward for sharing my thoughts on a knife. Thanks.
