Does what it is supposed to do
I tested a number of different tools for my agency, breaking out numerous windows and cutting seat belts. Many of these items just do not work. This one does. I have broken about 25 windows for testing and demos with the same tool and banged the heck out of windshield glass (which it is not designed for and doesn't break laminated glass). It has just barely dulled the point. The seat belt cutter works well and the screw driver/pry tip is handy. The bottle opener is there to open the glass bottle, which you can drink and then practice breaking glass on the bottle (from the designer)- soft drinks of course. I like it much better than punches, etc since most people rarely carry them with them when it is needed. I carried this on my tactical holster on my duty belt or vest pocket. It is small and unobtrusive and can be used as a money clip. Especially, if you don't want to carry a knife in certain places.

Get One for Every Vehicle
Specialized tool for cutting a seat belt, breaking out a car side window, turning flat screws and of course a bottle opener. Oh, and there is also a small serrated blade. Light weight and well made.
