Exceptional knife by any standard!
Yes, I bought this knife for a collection. However, this has got to be about as good as it gets for just over $100.00. The quality, design, fit, and finish are typical Benchmade. The blade is broad and flat and perfect for what it was designed for: a dive knife. The liners are not skeletonized which gives the knife a little more heft and contributes to its expected strength for prying. The bi-directional scales on the handle make for a good grip. The handle is of open-post design which I think all folders should be. The knife has some nice touches you wouldn't expect on a utility knife: star-shaped (sort of) thumb studs and turned posts. As the previous reviewer stated, this knife should receive more attention.

What a bargain, have no doubt
Wish i knew about this product 5 years ago, this is a great knife at a great price, in stock, axis lock, does exactly as would be expected, wow. Well build, very undersold and under talked about. You wont go wrong or be sorry at the KCI price.
