Description
BM530P: 530 Pardue
Benchmade

The Model 530 is based on the Mel Pardue designed Model 350. The basic looks are the same with the spear point blade and coffin style handle design but, the AXIS lock was incorporated for added performance function. The overall design was slimmed down for a low profile, low drag carry, and the weight is still incredibly light. So if you liked the Model 350, you're going to love the Model 530.

ABSOLUTELY A GREAT LITTLE WELL BUILT KNIFE! I HAVE BEEN CARRYING THIS KNIFE FOR 13 MONTHS. VERY STIFF LOCK FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS UNTIL BROKEN IN. I WEAR THIS KNIFE CLIPPED IN MY SHIRT POCKET AND MY PANTS POCKET AS WELL! I CAN NOT EVEN TELL OR FEEL IT IS THERE. I HAVE ALSO USED THIS KNIFE FOR CUTTING BOXES, PLASTIC STRAPS, KINDLING, SMALL BRANCHES, UPS POUCHES, AND KNIFE IS STILL SHARP AND AS TIGHT AS WHEN I TOOK IT OUT OF BOX. AT 1.8OZ WEIGHT, IT IS TRULY AMAZING. WITH THE SPEAR POINT BLADE, IT IS BOTH A SLICER AND A PIERCING LITTLE /BIG KNIFE. WITH 154 STEEL, IT SHARPENS AND MAINTAINS A EDGE AS WELL.

Review of Benchmade 530 Pardue AXIS folder
I always carry a pocket knife. I have 3 knives and I will carry one of those 3 every day. I like the Pardue 530 because it is light and compact. It is in my pocket when I go places that might not appreciate a knife clipped to the top of my pants pocket. The Pardue is well made, and has reliable a locking mechanism which is simple to operate. I am very pleased with the knife and would recommend it to anyone who needs a good pocket knife.
