Pros: Pocket Clip, Blade Material, Ease of Opening, Weight, Handle Material, Overall Quality
Clean lines, great for EDC.
I wonder if the other reviewers who lost the screws have ever heard of lock-tite? In my experience it's good to check the pocket clip screws of any knife every once in a while to make sure they're tight. Anyhow, this knife has clean, graceful lines and mine at least has great fit and finish, no tooling marks or blemishes. The grind was a little toothy but that's pretty common for production knives. The thumb stud isn't the best design but the assist mechanism overrides the problem by making this a hard-firing blade. I also wonder if the reviewers who say their knives stopped opening properly have bothered to clean their blades-- any gunk inside any knife can stop it from opening properly. Pocket clip is one position only, this is not the knife for a lefty; the thumb stud is one-sided also. Great and useful glass-breaker pommel is indeed a good bottle opener. To me the liner lock seems adequate. No "traction plan" for tactical use, but as a daily carry knife it is great. Aside from the smoothness of the handles, this is a fantastic, good-looking, utilitarian design. Don't let it close on your fingers!
