Outstanding EDC for first reponders
My experience, Benchmade knives are always well designed to work as needed. I own six different designs and each works for me in different ways but most of all it is the AXIS LOCK that allows for a smooth one handed use. I believe that EDC is what most of us are searching for and this 915BK or 916BK-ORG is small enough for the side pocket and large enough for just about any cutting need and is specifically designed for first responders, fire and rescue.

My favorite knife
First off, the color is actually orange. I bought a griptilian before this, about a week or so. It was orange looking, but when laid next to this one, the griptilian was more of a pink or melon. The action on the knife is very smooth and I was glad to see the window punch was solid instead of spring loaded as that would have added to the bulk. As it is, it is just right. The seat belt cutter is a nice addition, however I am a cop not a firefighter so this option could have been left off. I would suggest either leaving it out or, make it in camo, and call it a gut hook as it would serve well in that capacity. Overall, this is my every day carry tool.
