Pros: Handle Material, Pocket Clip, Weight, Sheath, Handle Feel, None
Cons: Ease of Opening
Excellent Exskelimoor Too
This knife is very usable for it's size and weight. When I weighed it it only weighed 1.9 oz, then I removed the pretty titainium blue clip and it only weighed 1.8 oz. So it's very light especially for that 2 7/8 inch blade. The bog oak is very hard and match well with the blue titainium liners. Very Pretty knife, indeed. Mine was hair poppen sharp too out of the box. There is a you tube video to show how to open it one handed, it's slow opening but possible. Maybe with practice I'll get better. Overall I believe this to be a very useable knife and a good slicer with that grind. Handle without the clip is harder to grip, but the oil from my hands will eventually make the bog oak look even prettier. Very smooth opening and closing with a nice slight click indent, not like a Spyderco lockback, but definate. If I had to put a knock on it I'd say lack of easy one hand opening, but I'm still practicing. And hey just use two hands it opens very easy that way. No nail nick, doesn't need it, opening is so smooth. And without the nail nick the blade looks sleeker, no extra lines to clutter the beautify blade shape. For the price I'd give this a 5, great value.
