Description
BO01BO147: Boker Plus Stingray
Boker Plus

One of the most popular designs from San Manaro! The lean, elongated design, the understated elegance and the grip scales so characteristic for his knives transform the Stingray into an impressive piece of technology. The 440-C steel blade has a fine satin finish, and the generously dimensioned index finger contour reliably prevents slipping onto the sharp blade. The grip design is based on two solid titanium liners, one of which supports the framelock. The riffled thumb ramp allows safe and fatigue-free handling. The concept for the Stingray model has its roots in Sal's collaboration with a New York special forces police unit. The knife is therefore not only completely capable of handling everyday uses, but is also ideal for professional deployment. With clip (tip-up).

and furthermore....
I missed a nice touch. Packed in what could easily described as a gift-type box were, in little plastic bags, a wrench for adjusting the blade pivot and, in a separate bag, a replacement screw for assembly of the knife itself. Someone, far away, was thinking.....

Pros: Handle Material, Overall Quality
Cons: None
great knife
this is a larger titanium knife, well finished, not light but solid, got some bad reviews on-line re/ finish, locking, but seems rock solid to me. Good finish. A little large for everyday carry, but a fine titanium knife for the price..
