Cons: Blade Sharpness, None
Terrific little frame lock knife!
Arrived very promptly from, perfectly packed, and reasonably sharp out of the box. I have put a lanyard on this little guy, and put it in my flyfishing vest, where it will be useful and bright enough to find if dropped. I also have the Subcom black frame lock with serrated blade, and it was scary sharp out of the box, so I expected the Subcom Dawn to be likewise - it was not. One advantage to the non-serrated blade is that it has much more plain blade edge available, which for my application is good. All the Subcom blades fit perfectly in the watch pocket of jeans, and are a terrific backup blade for those of us with small to average sized hands. Surprisingly heavy for its size, I don't know when I have been more pleased for the purchase price. Get 'em while you can...frame lock type is a must.

What a great pocketknife!
I bought this great little knife as a gift for myself. I wanted something small with a good, substantial blade that would lock. I found exactly that in this little jewel. The money clip is handy, too, though it wasn't an important factor in my search. I am glad I found because the selection is wonderful, the website was easy to navigate, and my knife arrived quickly. I couldn't be happier.

Perfect! ...depending on your needs
I got this for a trip to the UK as I thought it was purely a folding knife and did not have a locking component (UK laws...). The blade actually does lock into place. Still, it was small enough that I carried it in my pocket with no issues. Much more convenient than carrying a pair of scissors around with you (which would probably be illegal anyway!). The folded shape and color seemed non-threatening as well - in case I was questioned about carrying a pocket knife... this almost looks like a box cutter at first glance. I knew it would be a problem if I had something that was cameo and said "tactical death machine" on it if I was stopped by police. If you're looking for a daily-carry knife, I wouldn't recommend this as it doesn't have the best hand-feel or weight distribution for the belt clip. But as an additional backup it's fantastic - throw one in your car or bag and it takes up no space.
