Pros: Blade Sharpness, Weight, None
Cons: Handle Material, Blade Material, Handle Feel, Overall Quality
Pass on this one.
I purchased this out of curiosity more than anything and. To sum things up, if you want a damascus blade, don't uh... don't buy this. I think you could get better quality from a beach knife at a quarter of the cost. The stainless steel bolsters were worn. There is a significant spacing between the bolster and the wooden scales. I wonder if the parts were made for different knives. On the plus side, its light weight and is sharp right out of the box. You could get the same sharpness from a $4 beach knife if you work it a bit and it would probably have the same edge retention. Pass on this one. For twice the cash you can get a knife that's 10x better.
