BO09BO093: Boker Plus Tactical Pen K.I.D. CAL .50
From Thomas Braunagel's think tank: the smaller version of the popular CID CAL .45. Shorter, thicker in circumference, and with a traditional clip, the K.I.D. CAL .50 is very comfortable to grip and sits easily in the hand while writing. The special design makes this machined aluminum writing tool a real eye catcher, and its ingenious mechanism appeals to the urge to "play". The matte finish provides a universal, understated look. Not a firearm! Compatible with Fisher Space Pen cartridge #PR4.

Every day use, Circuit Court Deputy and Extraditions. I like the size. The information on the pen was available and read.

Best tactical pen I ever bought
This is a nice little pen, with an emphasis on little; it's 4.25 inches long and .5 inch in diameter. That makes it just long enough for me to write with it comfortably and it sticks out of my hand a quarter inch on each side in an icepick grip. The mechanism that extends and retracts the ink cartridge works smoothly and only needs a single hand--and it's easy to just sit and mindlessly play with it. The clip is nice quality and attached with small hex bolts, and I like the thought that I can replace it if it gets bent. I keep changing tactical pens because they either look too much like shanks to sign my son's preschool tuition check in the office or the opening mechanism takes two hands or works poorly. The length and profile make this one easy and comfortable to carry anywhere, and nobody bats an eye when I use it in public. This is a classy, tough, and useful little tool, and definitely a must-buy.
