Boker Plus
Boker Plus Flashlights
These flashlights from Boker Plus feature the same characteristics which have made the Boker Plus line so successful - modern materials, innovative design, and an outstanding price-performance ratio. The hardcoated aluminum bodies have a tactical switch at the end for momentary or constant light. All flashlights feature a Cree R5 LED with two modes, that can be chosen by a simple half twist of the head, even when switched off. The nonslip checkering, detachable pocket clips and simple usage make these flashlights versatile and reliable companions for hunting, outdoors, and general everyday use.

Boker Plus FC-2
finally got mine in after more than 4 months of waiting, and shipping issues. While not as bright as the 350 lumens it was originally advertised for, at 224 lumens, it is still blindingly bright; especially for its small size. While definitely not a pen light, the FC-2 still fits fairly well in the pocket, though it might be a little big for some as an edc. I love the machining and overall fit and finish of this flashlight that give it its tactical look; though given its small size I'm not sure i would call it a true tactical light. So far there are only two things I don't like about this light. First being the placement of the pocket clip. With the clip in the middle, half the flashlight sticks out of the pocket and tends to snag on things. I'm not sure why Boker did this, but I wish they had just put the clip at the back of the light. The second thing that bugs me is the selection method between brightness settings. I was expecting it to have a definite click between settings, but instead you have to loosen the bezel (from fully tightened) about one full revolution before it dims. I would have liked at least some markings to indicate how much to turn it. These complaints aside, I believe that the FC-3 has a pretty good performance to price and size ratio. The only reason I didn't give it a 5, aside from the aforementioned complaints, is because I haven't had it long enough to rate its durability or battery life; though I have high expectations for a Boker product. I would certainly recommend this flashlight as a cheaper alternative to anyone looking at Surefire
