BO132473: Boker Casa Series Chestnut Santoku Knife
The Boker Casa series takes Boker back to its roots. The handles, made of beautifully contoured chestnut wood, represent the soul of the company, and the classic design of this series goes far back in German tradition. The blades show a fine matte sheen, and are made from the finest Solingen chromium-molybdenum steel, which is ice-tempered and therefore characterized by particularly high edge retention and corrosion resistance. The very thin, flat grinding of the blades ensures superior cutting performance.
