Boker Knives

4-1/4" Closed length
Trapper pattern, two blades

Tough, dependable, spirited.
This series of traditional folding knives is dedicated to the Appaloosa horse. First introduced to Mexico by the Spanish in the 1500's, the Appaloosa horse later spread across North America.
Incredible strength and stamina, these horses can be distinguished by their unique coloring in the form of irregular spots. This coloration became the inspiration for this unique genuine bone handle. The dark and light spots on the scales make each knife truly unique.
A special Boker shield is found on this knife, unique to the Appaloosa knives.

great pocket knife
I have carried this knife for a few days, and overall I have been very satisfied. The bone scales look really nice, and the construction is solid. The sharpness out of the box was decent but not great. I was able to put a shaving sharp edge on both blades without too much difficulty using a diamond bench stone and spyderco sharpmaker. The blades are slightly off center when closed so each blade barely grazes the outside liner near the tip. This does not cause a problem if you close the knife carefully, but snapping it closed could cause the edge to hit the liner.
