BOP560: M-Type by Chad Los Banos G-10 and Steel handle
BokerPlus Knives

This is Chads approach to the full size class of knives. Despite its blade length of 3 5/8", the knife will not be bulky in your pocket, and therefore offers exceptional carrying comfort. The back of the handle is steel and features a frame lock system for secure deployment. The slightly recurved blade guarantees phenomenal cutting performance, and the discreet titanium coating on the handle and blade creates an elegant and tactical look. Includes convertible pocket clip. 440C stainless steel blade. Overall length 8 3/16". Weight 4.6 oz.
Frame Lock
Frame Lock
Developed by Chris Reeve, it functions like a liner lock but the lock is comprised of one of the handle scales. It's an extremely strong and easy to manipulate lock.
G10 Handles
G10 Handles
Formed in a sheet under high pressure by combining fiberglass and an epoxy resin binder. These handles are lightweight and shaped to ensure a solid grip.

Boker Plus M-Type
I personally own many BOKER, Custom , High end brands, and a few limited edition knives that are ALL functional . No dust collector's or knock offs in MY house . The BOKER PLUS CLB designs , well I own them all , and with my collection I've taken the time to learn each and every knife on an individual basis and the BokerPlus M-type has replaced another EDC . I carry a minimum of at least 3-5 knives daily . The M-Type has become my go-to-primary knife . I have very large hands and it practically disappears in my hand, therefore making it invisible as not to draw any unwanted attention . People often say "where did that come from !" I just love the surprise on their faces when I show them the knife . I love all my knives but the M-type has a special place in my heart and on my person. More often than not , I have to go and get it if I forgot to pack it . I feel naked without it . This knife is easy to maintain . You have to be precise when making adjustments , this ain't an el cheapo, poke & broke swap meet piece , but a precision cutting tool/insurance if you will . As a good Brother told me many a time "Keep your edge !"

Not bad for the money but wish I hadn't bought it.
This is an alright knife but I kind of wish I wouldn't have bought it. The only thing I really like about it and the reason I bought it is the blade curve and size. However, it does say "China" right on the blade. This I don't like include the framelock takes a while to break it and then after it does get smooth there is a slight amount of wiggle in the blade. You have to flick the thumb stud pretty hard to get it to open all the way. When I went to move the clip so it was in the tip up position the chinese screws they use and in between torx sizes so they can be easily stripped if tightened too much. On the G10 material you can clearly see the milling marks. The knife is all dark colored but for some reason they use a shiny silver button on the back to hold the blade screw in. The clip is too big. I bought it because I wanted something with a bigger blade without spending the money for another Benchmade but after having it for a few days now I really wish I would have saved my money for something better.

Great EDC
One thing should be mentioned that this knife is a frame lock. It took me by surprise when I received it. But no matter this knife is terrific. Out of the box, there is no blade wobble, very solid build razor sharp out of the box. Fast to deploy with thumb studs. This is a large knife but easy to carry due to it's light weight. The only negative thing I can say is the pocket clip is rather large ( I prefer smaller clips personally). This has become a EDC for personal defense.
