Buck Knives

Chairman ComfortCraft Series

Designed with ComfortCraft

The Chairman Series of pocket knives are as American as Buck. For years parents have been passing pocket knives down to their children as they are deemed old enough to carry a knife. These ComfortCraft knives were designed with extra attention to detail and hand finished so they fit comfortably in your pocket or the palm of your hand. Crafted in the USA and modeled after the high standards and craftsmanship set forth by Hoyt Buck, the knives in the Chairman Series are the epitome of Buck Knives.

With design counsel from the Chairman of the Board, the Chairman Series ComfortCraft pocket knives feature Chuck Buck’s signature on the Cherrywood Dymondwood handles to endorse the superior quality of these knives.

302 Solitaire

The great thing about Buck’s pocket knives is there is a choice for everyone. This year, we offer a single blade pocket knife for those who prefer a simpler, more slimline knife in their pocket. Designed with Buck’s signature ComfortCraft contouring for comfortable use and carry, and offered in multiple colors, the Solitaire is a great fit for many people.

Pros: Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Handle Feel, Overall Quality
Cons: None
Very good pocket knife
This knife came razor-sharp right out of the box and the quality was excellent, which is what I expected from the Buck knife company. The blade seems to be of good quality and it locks securely enough that I don't have to worry about it opening in my pocket. The handle is constructed well and the grain of the wood is very nice. My only two issues with it are cosmetic. First, the picture clearly shows a bright red finish. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed when it arrived and the finish was instead an antique wood finish. I would be fine with this if that's what the picture showed, but I feel that it is misleading. Second, and this is the smaller of the two issues, the one side of the handle is significantly darker than the other, as if one side got multiple coats of finish and the other only got one. Overall though, a very good pocket knife for the price.

Great pocket knife
Great blade it came razor sharp and holds an edge well. Because of the size it dos'nt take up to much room in my pocket.
