Pros: Materials, Finish, Handle Material, Blade Material, Overall Quality, None
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard, Usable
I don't regret this purchase in the slightest.
I ordered this product about at either the beginning or end of August, and I don't regret the money i've put into it. The materials used seem great, wonderful craftsmanship, there's not much negative that I can say so far, but I do have a few minor things to point out.It may not be completely clear in the pictures, but the blade is triangular shaped with dulled edges. From what I can tell, the edges can't be sharpened. I assume it was designed for defense if used at all. The point of the sword is incredibly sharp, though. That part of the blade can be used if necessary. Overall I can't say how "useful" it would be as a sword, but as a cane it is completely functional. Aside from that, although it hasn't happened yet, the locking mechanism used to keep the blade sheathed doesn't seem as secure as it could be, but it does seem to work for now. And the skull on the top of the cane was slightly off-centered. I only noticed it from a close inspection, it would be very difficult to detect unless you were paying very close attention to detail.Overall, still a great product. I've carried it with me multiple times, and i'd recommend it to anyone who feels like this would suit their personality or style. Especially so if you are medically in need of a cane for walking around town or something. Someone close to me suffered a bad injury to her knee and actually has used it to help herself get around when it starts acting up.
