CLTCSIL: Tat Cutter - Silver
Colonial Knife Company

The Colonial Knife Company Tat Cutter is a 2-1/4" strap cutter/rescue hook that cuts cords, webbing and can also be used in emergency situations. The rounded hook design prevents cutting skin while its sharpened edge cuts through a seatbelt, netting, or clothing. The curved neck provides a solid grip while cutting. It attaches to a paracord necklace to wear around your neck or for hanging while in storage.

Carry it on your keys
This is thick and solid. To get the best performance, you need a lanyard or other kind of handle for grip. Take my advice: Put this on your keyring in between two large keys. The ability to hold the keys as a handle while pulling with the hook dramatically increases the power of the cut. I can cut thorn vines easily, safely open boxes, and easily rip through sheets of plastic, rubber or leather. For those who don't know, this knife is sharpened flat against the stone on the side where the stone touches the edge of the blade. I have almost had only one accident with this; I ALMOST cut the cord to my Ipod headphones when I had my keys and Ipod in the same pocket. Aside from things like that, you pretty much can't hurt yourself with it if you carry it properly. I didn't think I'd like this as much as I do.

Small, Lightweight, Sharp, Safe. The cord it comes with is a little rough, but it is easy to change it. Would buy again.
