Description
CN2348HC: Solobolo Knife
Condor Tool & Knife

The blade is made from German 1075 High Carbon Steel and are heat treated and annealed to about 56-58 Rockwell hardness. The edge is hand finished and polished to razor sharpness. The blade features a black traction powder coating. This is a non-reflective powder coating with a texture, designed for tactical use, rust and abrasion resistance. The Micarta handles enhance both the look and function while delivery indestructible phenolic performance. Includes a high quality, heavy duty, handcrafted leather sheath with a swiveling belt loop that allows the tool to swing out of the way while moving through brush or the jungle. The tool can also be swung out of the way while riding in a truck or car, thus not poking one in the side as a conventional knife sheath.

Awesome Knife
My favorite new knife. Big enough to get the job done without being cumbersome. Good steel, takes a razor edge easy and keeps the edge well. Grip fits the hand well but could be a little on the small side if you have very large hands. My only complaint is the black coating on the blade, I would rather have either a mirror finish or a satin finish although the black does help to give the carbon steel blade a measure of protection against the elements. The sheath is a good grade, heavy leather but still just a general sheath.
