CR9065: Zilla-Tool Jr. - Bead-Blast and Black
Columbia River Knife and Tool

Columbia River describes this item as follows:

Pliers, knife, wire cutter and stripper, flat and Phillips screwdrivers, bottle opener, clip and sheath.

  • My pliers jaws are spring loaded, with a slight needle nose taper. They have both fine flat and circular toothed gripping surfaces.
  • Near the base of the pliers, I have a very useful wire cutter, and also a notch near the handle.
  • I have two special small screwdriver hex bits in these handle reliefs. An adapter is available so I can also use standard hex bits.
  • To open my knife blade quickly, just press this little "flipper." It also acts as a blade guard when it's open.
  • My custom stainless steel clip will hold me in your pocket or on gear. It can be removed if you want to use my nylon sheath.
  • I'm designed with a comfortable ergonomic handle so I can help you get a lot of real work done.
  • I can open bottles too, using the end of my pliers handle.

Cons: Overall Quality, Sheath/Scabbard, Materials, Handle Material, Included Tools
Another semi-worthless tool from CRKT
I've owned and used Leatherman and SOG multitools for over twelve years. I gave this multitool a workout five years ago and it is almost useless. The magnet holding the screwdriver bit wasn't strong enough to hold the bit in, so that is gone. So that leaves the pliers and knife as the only working tools in what is a very heavy, limited use lump of steel that is too heavy to carry in my pants pocket. And no sheath is included so this tool got thrown in the bottom of a box four or five years ago . And when I found it recently I moved it on to the trashcan.

Great little tool
The Zilla Jr. has all the basics covered in a pocket-sized package. Good strong pliers, a decent knife, and a bit driver. You'll be surprised at the quality. Just note, the bit driver is a proprietary size, but you can get the Get-a-Way driver and have an adapter.
