CRKSEB21SRDDAM: Small Sebenza 21, Raindrop Damascus Blade
Chris Reeve Knives
Chris Reeve Knives describes this item as follows:
Who would have thought back in 1988 that Chris’s titanium handle folder would become a legend in the industry! Constant attention to design details and an unwavering commitment to quality in every aspect of the knife has created the Sebenza as a hallmark of excellence. To mark this amazing milestone, we are planning to make some changes to the lineup of Sebenzas.
We are going to stop making almost all Regular profile Sebenzas. The profile on the Classic will change slightly and this version will be known as Sebenza 21.
The design change on Sebenza 21 gives a more pronounced chamfer on the pivot edge of the handle allowing the knife to be inserted more easily into a pocket or sheath. The engraving of “Classic MM” on the back of the Classic Sebenza will be eliminated, making differentiation of the two models easy! The blade shape remains the same.
Setting the Standard
The folding knife that has become the yardstick against which others are compared, the Sebenza has earned a worldwide reputation for rock solid performance and a “bank vault” feel. Chris developed the first Sebenza in 1987 and the profile has experienced minor changes over the years. After the entirely handmade version, came the Original profile in 1990, the Regular in 1996 and the Classic in 2000. 2008 was the 21st year of the Sebenza and to celebrate, we introduced the Sebenza 21—an updated version of the classic, that is easier to insert into a pocket or pouch. Whether plain with a tumbled or “stonewashed” S35VN blade and sand blasted handles, or embellished with a polished or damascus blade, wood inlay or lavish graphics, each Sebenza is individually fitted to the closest tolerances. All Sebenzas are available in large or small, and dedicated right or left handed.

This product is USA born and raised.
Includes a pocket clip for easy accessibility and a more secure carry.
A nonferrous metal, it's prized for its high strength to weight ratio and is often used on higher end knives.
A layered steel that can be either carbon or stainless. The finished blade is acid etched to give it a unique design, toughness, and edge holding capabilities.
