CRM1613SFGL: M16-13SFGL Left Hander - Kit Carson Design
Columbia River
This knife offers a combination of Carson M16 Series features requested by military procurement specialists.

The dual grind Tanto blades were specified because they offer maximum strength. The open build allows two Carson Flippers to be incorporated, resulting in a true hilt– very rare in folding knives.

Blade, frame and hardware are nonreflective tactical black. Blades receive a coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Kit's trademark dual checkered thumb studs are standard as is one-hand opening and closing which is quick and smooth.

All SF models feature our exclusive patented AutoLAWKS™ automatic safety, which turns the folders into virtual fixed blades automatically.

M16®-13SFGL model features a 3.50" (89mm) dual grind Tanto blade and is ideal when weight and bulk must be kept to a minimum.

Left handers---you can now rejoice!

Its a fairly priced blade,It is light and I use it as a E,D,C. .there was a small error on the left scale. there was no cut out to release the liner. a little sandpaper fixed that up real easy. The g-10 is grippy as it should be! The ricasso is a wonderful thing. I really dig this blade. As for the steel. Its easy to sharpen. Upon opening this blade , it locks up nice and tight. The auto lawks works good. I can see how it will prevent accidental closing. The four way clip is a big plus. I cant say any bad or negative things about it. Ive heard that some have trouble closing it with one hand. However I have no problems with that at all. Its a fight or die weapon. I like it and recommend it. keep in mind its still a folder. It cant and wont be a strong as a fixed. the pivot will fail first, as with any other folder. another big plus is there is a o- ring under the pivot screw(prevents loosening). and it has double bronze washers. At this price it cant be beat for its intended task!

Excellent choice
Excellent for tactical EDC. Its not made for general use - its a pure fighting blade for self defense. Relatively light weight, rasor sharp and good textured G10. Very robust blade.
