Always armed with my Cold Steel Safe Maker II Push Dagger.
I have had my push dagger a few weeks now and I am still entirely satisfied with it. I use it for home carry to be always armed. If someone were to kick in my door, at least I would have this to fight with until I could get to one of my hand guns. Due to health issues it is difficult for me to wear a firearm on my belt for extended periods of time so this push dagger gives me peace of mind used as stated above. It is a delightful and light weight knife. It is very successful at what it was designed to do and I am thinking about ordering another one just like it to have one for each hand. It is great that it can be used in a clenched fist just as if one were hitting in a fist fight or boxing match. Since it is instinctive to use one's fist in a defensive stance, anyone can use it. It has effective reach, is agile and instinctive to use. I feel it would be extremely hard for someone to take away from the user. The grip is very easy to get a firm grip on.I am entirely satisfied with the push dagger, however, I would have liked to have known more about how the blade length is/was(?) measured before owning it. The length is measured from the tip of the blade to the start of the Kray-Ex coating on the shaft.I have had no failure of the Sheath/Scabbard. If it ever fails to grip my belt securely, I will use paracord through the holes in the sheath and make a loop for my belt to thread through and the knife can be drawn successfully and safely.I like it and would like to assure everyone that I think it is made of very high quality materials and the workmanship is outstanding. It is a quality product. It gives me "peace of mind." If you are looking for a knife such as this I think you will be very happy with this knife.ii
