DCK4140: Swaytac Series 4140 Slipjoint Damascus Folder, Anodized Titanium
The Curtiss Knives Swaytac Series is the only slipjoint offering and just happens to be one of David's favorite models and is most likely what you'll find him carrying around his shop. This Swayback Jack traditional style knife features a 3" wharncliffe blade made from awesome Chad Nichols Damascus stainless steel, which is as durable as it is beautiful. The titanium handles are grooved/carved for an improved grip and bronze anodized, which greatly reduced reflectivity. The handle is very comfortable in the forward and reverse grips and is prevented from closing on your fingers with a superb half-stop mechanism within the Curtiss Knives patented S.P.O.T. Pivot system. This non-adjustable system provides smooth action and tight lockup without fear of debris becoming an issue. This is a traditional design with tactical, durable, and hard use features that make it a superb EDC tool.
- Full titanium handles, carved for added traction.
- S.P.O.T. pivot system. Stop pin over travel. This pivot is locked into place with the stop pin on the lock side to prevent rotation and provides lock bar over travel protection.
- Brushed satin blade finish.
- Half-stop mechanism.
- Blackwash titanium back spacer.

- Blade Steel: Chad Nochols Damascus Stainless Steel
