Good Knife
Blade is tight...need to break in or oil it. But a good folder.

A classic that still tops the field
I have quite a collection of Emerson knives starting from his Benchmade collaboration days, inclding several variations of the CQC7 - and also have numerous other brands of tactical folders. With the caveat that the chisel grind may be an acquired taste to some, this knife is my current EDC as it is big enough without being too large or heavy and just cuts like crazy. The ergonomics are unmatched in my hand and the blade shape and grind work well for utility and heavy duty cutting. While not the best for delicate or precision slicing, I usually have a smaller, thinner knife readily avaialble for those types of tasks anyway. In my view the CQC7B is a classic that still tops the field.
