Description
EMMINIA100sf : Emerson mini A100 Stonewash Plain Blade
Emerson

Emerson describes this item as follows:
If you’ve seen our catalog you know how much I like the A-100 knife. In fact I have one in my pocket right now. It is one of the oldest knife designs in my library and I could never find any way to improve it. It was done – a finished design. Anything I could add to it or change would destroy its symmetry, its grace, its simplicity. But, it could be made smaller so here is the mini version and it rocks! This is a nice pocket friendly size that is still one helluva knife when needed.

strong knife
I bought the mini a100 as an edc knife. The size and weight are perfect for that, but not the grind. at least for me. the bladestock is too thick for most slicing (the blade comes very sharp). none the less i love this blade! at first it's rather stiff and the lockbar sticks a little. but with some break in and graphite on the lockface it will become super smooth! and the lock up really is robust to say the least. the one i got had medium texture g10 that feels nice in hand and also has 2 standoffs insted of a backspacer. so all screws screw into steal and no longer into titanium(a plus in my book). if you have never had an emmerson before check out some youtube videos. there are some finish issues that some may not like. but that does not bother me. i still cary mine every day. even with the thick blade.... oh yeah, and it looks sexy!

Great Knife!
I've owned a Mini A-100 for about 2 years now. It's hands down my favorite knife. This thing is a tool! (I'm in construction) It's durable, easy to open with one hand, stays sharp and is the perfect size (in the hand and pocket) for discreet EDC.
