I use the knife as an EDC. It works well. The size is useful and not intimidating. It is a strong knife with a very sharp blade. I own the 17, bowie style, and this one drop point style. The tip on this knife is stronger than the bowie tip. The knife came very sharp. The finish is not perfect, but it is to be expected at a $20 price. The sheat is OK I think it is the same sheath as the bowie version. It is a bit too long for it. It is a great knife for every day tasks use. Knife Center provided excellent service with the purchase. This is my second purchase from Knife Center. They have great pricing backed by excelent service.
