Perfect - Just What I Was Looking For
This is a great fillet knife. Extremely sharp and maintains it's edge. Great flexibility. Whenever you buy a knife always look at the the steel type as that is what makes the knife. "440 stainless" or "stainless" will usually mean a poor quality blade. This blade material is clearly of high quality.
