Nice Option To Carry
PRO: I use this to carry a LC9. With black pants and loose shirt and outer jacket it does NOT scream gun and does not paint as a gun... because of the optical illusion of barrel in the wing and grip in the approx square main body. It is comfortable. I use this when exercising, riding bike or walking. I call it a waist pack, not a fanny pack, because I wear mine at 2 o'clock. for a strong right side draw. I consider this like a horizontal outside the waist band holster, with a conceal cover. Again it looks like you are carrying your phone, keys.... It gets high scores in all areas. CON: The ONLY down side I can see is to access gun; you have to un-zip first. What I do to mitigate this, is place the two zippers in the middle-top, wth a gap, large enough to jam my fingers through but not so big as to see the gun, which is of course black. The act of jamming my fingers and then hand in that opening un-zips it as I reach for the gun. My only other concern is a thief may try and make a hit and run and take the belt off. I would like to see a secondary latch or security cable to make sure they can take it; however having your weapon taken is always a factor. I checked functionality and usability as both a Pro and Con.... because it is unique and a matter of persons physical build and preferences. RECOMMEND: It is a GREAT option to carry, and supplements my Galco paddle lite holster. I plan on adding an Alessi Bodyguard shoulder harness in the future, as I wear suits year round, and a shoulder rig is a viable option, albeit a special option, just like a waist pack. However at $185, I am still thinking about the shoulder rig. There are much cheaper shoulder harnesses, but from my reading they lack in many areas. Might as well go all the way.

An Excellent ''Tool Bag"
The only con, I am a big guy and the waist length does NOT go out to 46''! Now, for the positives. I was so happy to set one up for my Mom, out in the far boonies, and on a large plot of land. It easily carries the 4'' Ruger Police Service Six .357 Magnum revolver (best they ever made!) and six speedloaders, AND her cell phone AND the Fox knife I gave her. It eases my mind knowing it is outside with her at all times! And it is a convenient means of keeping all her gear together. Well made and an excellent price!
