Pros: Overall Quality, None
Cons: Handle Feel, Handle Material
slippy handle
the overall quality is quite good for the price. The handle material is not enough grippy. The knife is quite big and heavy, may be too much. The serrated part of the blade is, for me, far too long ... Not bad, but could have been better... Not expensive, but not really usefull for me

Pros: None
Cons: Ease of Opening, Pocket Clip, Handle Feel, Handle Material
Nearly impossible to open one handed with thumb in blade thumb hole because it collides with the handle. Handle coating is very slick and is made of stainless steel making it fairly heavy. The pocket clip is positioned so the knife is carried "point down" which is the wrong direction. Should be carried point up to avoid fumbling when trying to open the blade one handed. Locating a "wrench" of the proper size to turn out the screws and reposition the clip is nearly impossible.

Great Little Knife
I like this knife and I needed a new work knife. The knife came shave ready and I thought it was great because it had some weight to it. The steel is great cuts beautifully and handles nicely. My only qualms with the knife are the frame lock is a bit stiff but it should soften up with time and the handles are not grippy enough but other then that its pretty nice.
