KS1280GE: 1280GE Pro-Grade Curved Breaking Fixed 10" Blade, Granton Edge
Kershaw Knives
The Curved Breaking knife is perfect for most saltwater fish, larger freshwater fish, and game, helping you break down larger fish and game into smaller pieces. Part of Kershaw’s line of Professional Grade Specialty Fish & Game Knives, the Curved Breaking knife features premium 420J2 stainless steel with just the right degree of flex to make the job easier. The handle is a proven design that really lets your hand lock into place. In addition, all Pro-Grade knives are designed to be lightweight so fish and game processing is less tiring. Comes complete with its own blade protector. Just slide them on to protect your razor sharp edge (and your gear). Slits in the guard allow air to circulate.

The granton edge creates small air pockets between the knife and the fish, making it easier to glide through your breakdown task quickly and easily. The 10-inch blade size is right for medium-to-large fish and game.

Kershaw delivers again
Bought this knife specifically to use on my Thanksgiving turkey. The knife dimantled my 18lb bird with little effort. The curved edge took a minute to get used to, but this knife is a winner.

Pros: Sharpness, Sharpenability, Construction
Cons: None
Good Quality
I own a lot of forscher knifes and this one is a very close second. It sharpens well, has a nice slip on sheath and the granton edge is very nice. Perfect for filleting large fish.
