Description
KS1660: 1660 Leek
Kershaw Knives

THERE ARE LOTS OF REASONS WHY THE LEEK IS SO POPULAR

The Kershaw Leek just may be the ideal EDC. With its 3-inch blade, the Leek is a good-sized knife, but not too big. The slim design makes it easy to carry and its razor-sharp blade of high-performance Sandvik 14C28N means it can take care of a full range of cutting tasks.

The blade is a modified drop-point, so it’s a good slicing knife, while the slim tip gives it piercing capability and the ability to do detailed work. For a partially serrated blade, choose the 1660ST Leek. Like other “Onion” knives, the Leek features the SpeedSafe ambidextrous assisted opening system.

Whether you’re left-handed or right-handed, just pull back on the blade protrusion or push outward on the thumbstud and the Leek’s blade is ready to go to work. In addition to its 14C28N blade, this Leek features a handle of pure stainless steel that gives it a clean, sleek look. For confident blade use, a super-secure frame lock keeps the blade locked during use and a Tip-Lock slider locks the blade closed when folded. The pocketclip can be configured for tip-up or tip-down carry and the handle is drilled to accept a lanyard.

Cons: None
BEST Pocket Knife Ever and I have owned hundreds
The Leek is the best and most practical knife ever made. It fits in the pocket easily, opens at the touch, sharp, and most importantly it has a straight triangle edge that is easy to sharpen because there is no curve to the blade. Absolutely nothing negative about this knife. Its a little like keeping a razor in your pocket, but it even has a safety. I have bought hundreds of knives over the years because my dad had dealers license, but this is by far the best knife ever. Keep it in your pocket, use it everyday, get it dull, and no big deal to sharpen it back to razor sharpness in minutes.

Great knife at any price.
This is a great Every Day Knife. The design and feel is fantastic. Easy to open, the handle feels great and an easy to clean knife. I wished I would have known about this knife years ago. I had my last EDC stolen from my checked in luggage going to NYC, so this was a replacement knife and it was an improvement in every way. You won't go wrong by purchasing a Kershaw Leek!

Nice and Slippery
It's a great knife, just can't get a good grip on it. The handle is solid, but smooth as glass.
