KS1790: 1790 Turbulence Assisted Stonewashed Folder
Kershaw Knives
Lots of time and effort went into the design of the Kershaw Turbulence giving it superior ergonomics similar to the PackRat model. The stonewashed finish on the blade is beautiful and the knife locks up solidly with the thumbstuds acting as a blade stopper because they're really to small to use. A reversible clip with three carry options secures the knife to you pocket or belt without worry.

The Turbulence features an incredible ergonomic grip and SpeedSafe® assisted opening. Kershaw’s exclusive Sandvik 14C28N stainless-steel blade is stonewash-finished and paired with a finger-contoured and textured G-10 handle to ensure an ultimately secure grip. Access the SpeedSafe® assisted opening with the built-in thumbstud or the convenient Flipper. Designed by Tim Galyean, the Turbulence offers modified tactical styling in a convenient size.

Good knife
Very good knife with sharp blade. The assistance works really well, the only negative point in my opinion are the G10 handles which could be thicker !!

I could not be more impressed!
I'm a mechanic by trade and a knife is indispensable from splitting old hose line to removing old gaskets. It's razor sharp with a solid lock up and zero blade play after some serious abuse.

Boy was I wrong! I used to not think too highly of Kershaw (don't know why) but I have bought several of their knives, and they are well worth what they charge for them. This one in particular, is a really classy unit. I have the one with the black blade, and when the blade flips out, this knife just exudes sex! Great lines, perfect ergos (and I have big hands) and I have had no need to sharpen it at all yet....... This one goes into my EDC rotation, and It's never let me down once! Kershaw has some fantastic knives on the market, and this company is worth a look from any/every knife enthusiast - get one or three today!
