This is a great knife
i am an auto mechanic, I bought this knife about 3 years ago and get a fair amount of use out of this knife ( cutting open parts boxes, wire, light prying tasks that i don't feel like digging in my toolbox for a flathead screwdriver for, etc...) and it has held up for 3 years the only 2 things that went wrong with it were my fault completely 1) i lent it to a dumbass that was prying off the tip of a bic lighter and the tip of the knife broke ( but I had my auto instructor sharpen it for me and got it back to working condition) and 2) I was cutting wire in my house and didn't turn off the power switch to the socket (turned off the light but not the switch). and it melted ( i guess) a bit of the serrations ( I'm going to buy another knife and just switch out the blade because i got it when it had the other pocket clip on it and i like that one better). I just wish the handle had a bit better machining for a better grip when wet but thats not to say that its not good when wet just not as good as it could be.

Great Knife value
I use and carry a knife every day. I have several, including 2 spydercos, and also 2 benchmades. However, I find myself carrying this one. Its generally a great knife. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5 is that I wish it was American made, and the pocket clip was designed by someone who doesn't carry a knife. Obviously, this knife would cost more if made here. I would happily pay more, if it was. As for the pocket clip, it was so tight as to be completely useless, unti I loosened it. Secondly, the clip is too short. I find the knife unclipped and in my pocket far too often. I love the shape of the blade, the scales, the way it feels in my hand. I also like the way it snaps open.
