A Great little knife that Funxions well, but not as Knife Center says
This is a great little EDC knife, even if you never use the saw blade except to cut cordage. BUT it doesn't have all of the features that Knife Center lists. It does have a carabiner clip that keeps the blade locked in when the clip is extended. It does have the easy opening spring assist, and a liner lock, and it has a saw blade. It DOES NOT have a bottle opener, wrench, screwdriver, or a rescue blade- those are included on other Funxion models. The EMT version has a bottle opener, rescue blade for seatbelts, and a hex opening for using as a wrench. The DIY version has a screwdriver, bottle opener, and the same hex opening. That said I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Kershaw Funxion. I have always wanted to own a Kershaw knife, but they have always been largely out of my price range, until now. I have to say that the actual product DOES live up to the hype. It is smooth, secure, and while the quality of manufacture is evident in every component, it is magnified in the complete product. It was the sharpest knife I ever received right out of the box, and holds its edge well for my every day usage. I haven't used the saw yet, but it is well ground and has nicely offset teeth, so I'm sure it will do well.
