Pros: Blade Material, Overall Quality, Handle Feel, Weight, Handle Material, None
Cons: Pocket Clip, Blade Sharpness
High Quality, yet budget priced knife.
This is a very high quality knife coming from China. It is definitely a smaller knife, but has a good quality s35vn steel blade. The sharpness out of box is not as good as a Benchmade or Spyderco, but at this price -- you could do a little touch up and be just fine. I'm not a big fan of the small pocket clip. The pocket clip is very difficult to use, so it's best just thrown into a pocket as opposed to being clipped on the side. The pocket clip is not reversible and is meant for right hand only users (it can be moved tip up/down). The grip itself feels very aggressive, and you're not likely to slip from this. I'm a big fan of drop point blades, so the blade shape definitely makes it a working knife that I wouldn't be afraid to baton. Kizer should keep up the good work. I could see this company putting some pressure on the more established names.

Pros: Lock Type, Blade Material, Handle Feel, Handle Material, Overall Quality, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Blade Sharpness
Cons: None
Fantastic
This is a very sturdy high quality knife. I really like the blade shape, and the blade steel is the very best. Lock up is strong, as is the handle. Unlike most knives of this type, it is surprisingly light, and I would say perfectly weighted. The diamond pattern G10 scales are super grippy. And lastly, the blade is perfectly sharpened. So overall, a fantastic knife. I find it hard to believe that you can buy this level of quality for around $100. This could easily pass as a $300 knife.

Pros: Handle Feel, Weight, Blade Material
Cons: Ease of Opening, Blade Sharpness, None
New company, improvement needed.
The knife got to me as blunt as a bar of soap. I have sharpen it (with effort, since the hardness does seem to bear witness to S35) to 20 deg. The initial angle was closer to 30 deg. The fit and finish is average for this price range, with little or no play on axis and lock. I am a lefty, and moved the thumb-stud around. Since the screw hole is not chaffered on both sides, the screw protrudes a slight bit after the change around.
