$300 knife for around $100
This knife is truly amazing. If you look at it, it really looks like a Strider Sng on a diet. Beautiful, deep stonewash, great ergos (other than pocket clip) and easily Sebenza smooth. And i've held many. I actually prefer this action to most production knives on bearings. It feels more hydraulic, if that makes sense. Nothing stated but this knife actually has a ceramic, glass smooth detent ball. Lockup was 35% ootb and hasn't moved in the three months ive had it. Titanium lock side has nice even finish, makes sctratches invisible, and is nicely chamfered. S35VN blade holds its edge as well as any other "name brand" knife in this steel. Regardless of what others say, sharpens quite easy and responds well to diamond spray on leather stropping. 2 downsides are 1) pocket clip protrusion can get annoying durong extended use.retains well but will dig into your hand and 2)screws retaining the scales seem to be soft and cheap. If you plan on disassembling knife, make sure to warm up a litle as Kizer uses a TON of thread locker. Considering price, you really cant lose here.
