Leatherman

17 TOOLS IN ONE

With the Rebar, fans will immediately recognize the iconic box-like body and sloped-neck design found in the Super Tool® 300 and Micra®. This soon-to-be favorite rounds out Leatherman's classic "heritage" line of products by offering one in each size category. Just like the Super Tool 300, the Rebarpliers have been optimized for strength and feature replaceable wire/hard-wire cutters—a first for a four-inch tool from Leatherman. With all the features to get even the toughest jobs done, in a smaller, slimmer size, the Rebar is sure to be an instant hit on job sites, and home-projects the world over.

Leatherman Full-Size Multi-Tools
These are the multi-tools you know and love, the ones designed for the job, or hobby where there are no "time outs". Made of the highest-quality materials and full of our most useful options, these tools do it all.

Plenty of Power in Tight Spaces
Larger pliers are the strongest we've ever produced and they give you more power to put some serious torque on your toughest jobs. The sloped-top handle design means you can maneuver your pliers further into tight spaces than any tool we've ever made.

Intuitive Comfort-grip Handles
Rolled handle edges are comfortable in the hand, even when you're giving it everything you've got. And with cut outs on the side of the handle make it easy to get components out—even with gloves on!

No more Down Time
Removable Premium wire cutter inserts let you repair or resharpen on the spot with the tool's file. Additional wire cutter inserts, screws and adjustment screwdriver (Torx T8) for replacement, sold separately.

The No-Down-Time Warranty
One of the best in the business, our 25-year warranty is based on a policy of no-questions-asked. If a customer brings or sends us a tool with a problem, we'll make it right. Simple as that. And unlike most warranties ours doesn't take 6-12 weeks to honor, because everything is taken care of right here in our Portland, Oregon manufacturing facility. Customers will be up and running again in a matter of days, not weeks. For the folks who use their Leatherman on the job, and there are quite a few, this is a real bonus.

Leather Sheath
Leather Sheath
Leather is known for its durability and traditional appeal. When compared to kydex it is preferred for its silence when bumped against other objects, as well as blade retention.

Pros: Included Tools, Sheath/Scabbard, Handle Material, Blade Material, Materials, Locking, Overall Quality, Finish
Cons: None
Solid, handy multitool
This is a great multitool, the tools on it cover just about every basic need. I've cut small tree limbs with the saw, drywall with the serrated blade, and all sorts of stuff with the plain blade. Bits of powder from the drywall stuck to the serrated blade and I neglected to fully clean it off for a day or so, when I did, there were rust spots on the blade--not a big deal I cleaned them off with some steel wool and a rough sponge (small stains were left, I don't think I cleaned it properly). I often used the large flat-head screwdriver to scrape and pry at small things. I didn't put the pliers through any heavy use, and I didn't use the wire cutters. I ended up giving it away as a gift! I wrapped some faux leather cord around the sheath because I thought it might separate at the seam inside the belt loop in time (a friend of mine had his leather leatherman sheath wrapped in two zip ties to keep it together, his was quite old), and it all held up nicely. The clasp rusted and was sticking at one point but I hit it with a wire brush and some oil and it was fine after that. I had the rebar on my belt when I was digging and getting wet. I know for sure that dirt, wood bits, and dust got into the moving parts, and maybe even water, too--but it held up just fine for a few months until I oiled it. I'm going to check out the leatherman 300, but this is the smaller version and its nice because it doesn't weigh down your belt too much and its small enough to be legal in most areas.

Leatherman Rebar
This tool replaced a Gerber I've had for years. Solid construction with a positive tool lockup. Pliers strong and grip well.
