LNSR1V: SR-1 V Satin Blade, Violet Titanium Handle
The SR-1's feature a monolithic titanium knife and frame-lock system. The blade is made of Uddeholm Sleipner steel and has a hardness of about 61 HRC. The shell is made from a single piece of total CNC machined titanium. Knife designed by Molletta.

The knife has a RotoBlock safety system patented by LionSteel. With a simple rotation of the Rotoblock you will fix the blade in open position. The titanium toolbar has been reinforced with a hardened steel insert. This insert prevents the hard steel blade to wear out the final part of the toolbar. The supplied key allows you to adjust the blade screw and fix the clip. The screw clip is equipped with glass-breaker.

It comes into a nice wooden gift box supplied with a clip and control key.

This is the definitive "pocket knife." You are getting a full sized skinner or camp knife with a big traditional shaped grip, big blade, big power, all in your pocket. It's a hunk and on the heavy side at 7.1oz. And I can't carry it without heavyweight jeans, or dungarees, otherwise it feels heavy. I'm not saying this knife can replace a decent belt carried trail camp knife to split wood or prep food. But if you need a serious, life depends on it, "if I had to go live in the woods for awhile and all I could take was a folding knife under 4inches" folding knife. I wouldn't hesitate to rank that at the top with any spyderco, benchmades, even hinderers, ZTs, and customs I own in that regard. Plus it's real purdy and the deep clip makes is very concealable vs the other big folders in the market. I don't feel it's any thinner than a hinderer or ZT. But it's very contoured and much more comfortable when stooping and crouching all day in in dungarees.

Pros: Blade Sharpness, Lock Type, Handle Material, Overall Quality, Pocket Clip, Ease of Opening, Handle Feel, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Blade Material
Cons: None
Great design and great workmanship!
This is a knife well worth the money. It worked perfectly well right out of the box which is not common, even in this price range. It was very sharp and has a heavy blade and I have worked it pretty hard around my house and yard with no problems at all. It is also beautiful, mine looks blue with black highlights in the handle and it has a very attractive satin finish on the blade. It carries really well, the knife is thin and the clip allows for deep carry. I really am impressed by LionSteel, both their design and their workmanship.
