Pros: Durability, Brightness, Battery Life
Cons: None
I'm impressed
I converted the flashlight to the single lithium battery by removing the long center tube, that is used with two AA batteries. This made the flashlight very handy, at about 3 inches long. With the heavy aluminum body and steel clip, the flashlight converted to the perfect size to stow in the nylon pouch of my SOG Seal Pub sheath. The included lithium battery should be immune to the cold temperatures up here in the North East. Excellent product at an excellent price.

Pros: Durability, None
Cons: Brightness
I like that you could use one CR123A or two AA batteries. But if you don’t need that choice you could find a flashlight with more power (higher ANSI lumen). The latest generation Mini Maglite LED has 77 ANSI lumen and 4 light modes and could be bought for under $30. It only takes AA batteries and don’t have a tail switch but is brighter. It´s a decent flashlight but uses old LED technology so if you don’t really needs to be able to use the different batteries you could find better ones.
