Mcusta Katana
Very well made and sharp from the factory. I just wish that the belt clip was removable. With it's size it is not all that easily hidden but if you buy a knife of this size concealibility is not a major concern.

I like it!
Bought this for the second-kind-of-cool factor, but I did not anticipate carrying it. I figured it would be too think for an EDC (I like very thin EDC knives) and the clip is on the wrong end of me (YMMV) But I'm drawn to carry it all the time. It's not super heavy, it carries lighter and thinner than it is. I can't explain it logically. I read the specs and I say no to EDC, but each morning I get up and I really want to carry it. One Katana is enough for me, but I'll be buying more Mcusta soon. Love it.

Like a fine wine
It seems strange that Mcusta knives don't get more attention. They are universally refined, magnificent, and scalpel-sharp. The Katana model is a nice compromise between visual elegance and practical toughness, a good choice for when you want a gentlemen's knife that can still do hard work. Like other Mcusta knives, it opens incredibly smoothly, and locks up nice and tight. The pattern on the blade catches your eye, as do the vivid colors on the handle. And of course, the blade cuts like a scalpel, outperforming any other knife it its price range. The pocket clip is not removable, which is a concern if you tend to remove the clips from your knives, however it isn't bulky or uncomfortable and doesn't really need removing. What stands out most is the level of thought that went into this knife, down to the smallest detail. If you have the eye, or the interest, to appreciate fine workmanship, you will definitely appreciate owning an Mcusta like this one.
