Mantis Knives

Mantis Knives describes this item as follows:

I’m probably not supposed to play favorites with our knives, but I will anyway. This is my personal favorite knife in the line. With this knife, we took into account what all the folks had been saying about our MF-4 “Chaos I and II” models and put it to work in the “Chaos Folder.” It’s got the most advanced components of any knife out there; G-10 handles, Titanium liners, and the most metallurgically advanced alloy on the market.

Pros: Blade Sharpness, Blade Material, Handle Feel, Overall Quality, None
Cons: Sheath, Ease of Opening, Pocket Clip
Excellent knife. Tough!
Very strong. It takes a really strong wrist swipe to get it open with the assisted opener--I mean really strong so it does not open all that easy. But with practice you can get it open each time. I thought the handle bits were a but cheesy looking but they are actually quite effective. I personally also believe that any knife this big and heavy and made for tactical purposes should come with a proper sheath. This has become one of my favorite tactical knives.

love it
This knife is the latest in my collection and it is by far the most interesting. Very strong knives. Good weight. Very sharp. S30V is very good steel. I couldn't ask for anything better in a knife.

Pros: Lock Type, Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Weight, Overall Quality, None
Cons: Ease of Opening, Handle Feel, Lock Ease of Use
Its razor sharp out of the box. Very nice weight to it and the look is fantastic. The problem I have is with the grip. The grip is uncomfortable to say the least. Maybe it doesn't fit my hand but it really hurts if I stab or cut something hard and fast. But the knife will take it, indestructible and fits in your pocket very well for a large knife.
