Buying my second T6A tac kit
I am ordering this 2nd kit to install on a Maverick 88 Security 8 home defense shotgun. I have one on an existing Maverick 88 with a HD sling. Several major competitors are longer and heavier in weight. I do not even know its mounted on the mag. tube. Its size and weight cause no problem in moving or pointing the gun. At a range of 150 plus yards it is easily bright enough for any shotgun load. I have over 250 rounds of bird, buck, and slugs and it does not seem to affect the light. You do need to loctite the hex screw on the mounting bracket as it came loose from the recoil. The T6A seems to be light weight, compact, and well built. This is the first product built in China that I would recommend. I think Nextorch should have lens covers to protect the glass lens from dirt, rain, and field use. It would have been nice to know that the light has a rotary on/off switch. This taclite does what comp. ones do for up to three more in cost.

actual momentary-on
It is surprisingly difficult to find tac lights that have a real momentary-on tailcap. Most have a clicker-button. This one is high-quality and at a great price. I wish it was available with an LED bulb.

A very fine flashligt to a good price
I give the flashlight 5 (excellent) because of the good price and that it is a very good flashligt even for the low price. I upgraded it with the 160 lumen LED lamp and that made the cheap lamp competiable to lamps that cost three times and more. It is very simple, you cant have diffrent types of light or diffrent output. It has only on/off, but its a very good lamp. I bought it with the tactical/hunter set and the set worked very well. I havent tried it shooting but i read a rewiew where a guy mounted it on a Remington 870 (12 gauge) and it was durable enough for that. The only disadvantage is that the batterys only last 2 hours. But i have a recharger for home and for the car and bought a set of extra batterys, so again, for that price.. i dont complain.
