Great tactical light
I am retired military and an avid outdoorman and I love this light. I use it for camping, hiking and riding 4-wheelers awell as home protection. It has done great under fairly tough use. Unlike some I like the rotating head to change between light settings, Whilie no longer active duty I would defininely use this light tactically. I used a Surefire D 2 Defender for room clearing but was using 240 lums. The 600 lums this puts out and the wide throw would work great for clearing the interior of buildings and blinding the OPFOR. It's throw isn't as far as my Fentix TK 35 but it is made for a different purpose. I have had the light submerged in water and mud for several minutes and it has been banged around alot with no problems. I highly recommend it.

Bright, long distance light
Used daily when taking the boys (dogs) for a walk. Very bright. Can illuminte over 100 yards away. Would like to a little more aggressvie stricking bezel. Time will tell how efficient it is on battery life. It is a better light than its larger cousin the Olight M30 Triton.

this light is a quality product. It has solid mass and weight to it as a tactical light should for the size the 600 lumins is amazing. A competitor has a 1600 lumin model but it is the size of the 5 D cell Mag Lite. For the size this can't be beat. The settings are a bit difficult to navigate to start with but after using a few times you can get used to it. The lanyard is useless as it is meant to clip to the case and not the light. I have seen better strobes but it is not bad and pumps out 600 lumins. It should come with colored filters though and doesn't.
